This family run business strives to meet and exceed customer satisfaction. They work around the clock to ensure that not only the customer is happy with their product but also with their team of sales and services representatives. The team at Olds Fertilizers and Sundre Soil Services are very personable and willing to meet you at the farm or in town for coffee to discuss agricultural needs. This 3rd generation family run business knows first hand how important family farms and small town businesses rely on each other and they show their support for their customers throughout the year.
Olds Fertilizers and Sundre Soil Services are willing to lend a helping hand any way possible to their clients. A large portion of their staff are farmers, so they understand the economic and physical challenges associated with their business. A family run local retailer like Olds Fertilizers and Sundre Soil Services stands alone in this category and their clients truly do appreciate them for this. What makes Olds Fertilizers and Sundre Soil Services truly unique is the amount of time and money that they invest back into the communities in which they operate in. They are longtime supporters of the Sundre, Bergen and Eagle Hill 4-H Beef Show and Sales, buying multiple steers each year. They are proud supporters of various sports and athletic teams in both Sundre and Olds. Not only sponsoring teams such as the Mountain View Colts in Didsbury, Reg and Gord Olsen have spent many years behind the bench coaching the Colts and other minor hockey teams over the years.
Sundre Hospital Futures Committee
The Sundre Hospitals Futures Committee advocates for the community of Sundre and surrounding areas to have access to quality, locally provided health care. They are fundraising to build a new and improved hospital in Sundre. It is very important to all industries in the Sundre area to have a local hospital, not only for emergencies but also for long term care options it provides.
This funding would have a huge impact on our community. Agriculture is the back bone of our community and the town relies heavily on it. It is important as an agricultural producer to know that a hospital is nearby encase of an emergency.
